A. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A TOUR

Inthe Wild Tours recommends that you make sure you read carefully and understand the information related to the tour you intend to book as well as the terms and conditions related to cancellation before deciding to book a tour such as:

  • Detailed tour program: tour name, tour type, number of days, means of transport you choose to join the tour, what the tour includes and does not include…
  • What type of tour is it, is it suitable for you? Do you have enough health conditions, licenses (driver’s license if you drive yourself) and accept the possible risks (for adventure tours)
  • What means of transport will you use to get to the departure point of that tour, will you be on time for the tour’s departure time…
  • Terms and conditions for tour cancellation…

B. TOUR BOOKING GUIDE

  1. If booking online via the website:
  • Choose the tour type, destination
  • Choose the tour you want to join,
  • Read the tour program, tour price, type of participation carefully…
  • Go to “book tour” and draft the necessary information including: number of people, type of participation, vehicle type, departure date…
  • Click “Send” to us…

Step 1: Support for booking a tour

Inthe Wild Tours is always ready 24/7/365 to support you by all types of contact: phone, zalo, whatsapp, messenger, email… even before, during and after the tour. Please contact Inthe Wild Tours for advice, answers to questions…so make sure that you contact our support team in advance.

Step 2: Make a tour booking and receive an email with the tour booking code

After completing the online tour booking, you will receive an automatic email notifying you that Inthe Wild Tours has received your tour booking information. At this point, your seat has been reserved.

Step 3: Review your booking

A support member assigned to your tour booking will review your booking information and will contact you to provide additional information or clarify information… if necessary. Processing time may take up to 3 working days.

Step 4: Confirm booking

Inthe Wild Tours will send you an email/zalo message… requesting a deposit payment (or full payment depending on when you book the tour).

As soon as Inthe Wild Tours receives your deposit/payment, it will confirm receipt of payment.

Inthe Wild Tours will proceed to make a Booking/Tour Confirmation and send it to you via email/zalo. Processing time may take up to 1 working day. At the same time, Inthe Wild Tours staff will complete the signing of the Travel Contract with you.

Step 5: Tour payment

According to the deposit and payment terms, you will have to pay the remaining amount of the tour in full and on time. At this point, the tour booking is complete

In case you do not pay the remaining amount of the Travel Contract, you are considered to have unilaterally terminated the contract and will not receive any compensation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing (email, text message/zalo/whatsapp/messenger…)

  1. If booking via other forms of contact: fanpage, message, email…

With this type of booking, you must make sure that you are contacting Inthe Wild Tours  correctly at fanpage: Inthe Wild Tours or calling, texting via phone numbers +84 979 9OO 8OO/+84 345 9OO 8OO/+84 349 9OO 8OO…etc or email with the website domain ending in …@IntheWildTours.com all information via these contact channels is considered the official channel of Inthe Wild Tours

Step 1: discuss, finalize tour information:

Inthe Wild Tours’ support team will advise you on tour information to choose the tour, tour type, means of transport, departure date… that suits you.

Discuss and agree and cleared on the tour details

The support team will send you the link of that tour so you can book the tour. If you are not familiar with email and computer skills. Inthe Wild Tours will take the next steps for you.

Step 2: Make a tour booking and receive an email with a booking code

After completing the online tour booking, you will receive an automatic email notifying you that Inthe Wild Tours has received your tour booking information. At this point, your seat has been reserved.

A support team can help you do this and provide you with a booking code

Step 3: Confirm booking

Inthe Wild Tours will send you an email/WhatsApp/zalo message…requesting you to pay a deposit (or full payment depending on when you book the tour).

As soon as Inthe Wild Tours receives your deposit/payment, it will confirm that the payment has been received.

Inthe Wild Tours will proceed to make a Booking/Tour Confirmation and send it to you via email/WhatsApp/zalo. Processing time may take up to 1 working day. At the same time, Inthe Wild Tours will complete the signing of the Travel Contract with you.
