To receive Tour Booking Confirmation, you need to make payment for the tour. Inthe Wild Tours recommends that you pay in the following installments:
Phase 1: Deposit and tour confirmation from Inthe Wild Tours and proceed to sign the Travel Contract.
Pay the deposit for the tour, services provided by Inthe Wild Tours. This deposit depends on the type of tour according to “Tour Cancellation Policy”
Usually, immediately after the tour booking takes place, Inthe Wild Tours will send you a (temporary) reservation code. Inthe Wild Tours will process the information and send a request for deposit payment (payment installment 1).
Immediately after receiving the payment for your “Tour Deposit”, Inthe Wild Tours will send you a Tour Booking Confirmation and proceed to sign the Travel Contract with you.
Phase 2: Payment for the Travel Contract signed between the two parties
You can pay the remaining value of the Travel Contract immediately after the two parties sign the contract, or you can pay according to the “Tour Cancellation Policy“.
You will have to make payment for the Travel Contract signed between the two parties so that Inthe Wild Tours can carry out the contents of the Travel Contract. If you do not pay according to the provisions in the “Tour Cancellation Policy” and the payment terms stated in the contract, you will of course be considered to have unilaterally terminated the contract and your tour booking will be canceled without you receiving any compensation.
